Essential oils and aromatherapies are light sensitive and lose their effectiveness due to exposure to light and air. To extend their shelf-life, always store your essential oils, aromatherapies and mixes in a cool dark location away from direct sources of light and heat, preferably in amber color glass bottles that are tightly closed.
